Shelby
Meet Shelby, Your Expert Esthetician at Reign Med Spa. With over five years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry, Shelby has built a reputation for excellence, expertise, and education. She holds an internationally recognized CIDESCO esthetics diploma from Calgary and has continuously expanded her skills through advanced training workshops. As an honors graduate in multiple disciplines, she brings top-tier knowledge and artistry to every treatment.
Shelby specializes in brow lamination and threading, turning brows into stunning works of art, as well as clinical facials, including Laser Genesis, Microneedling, and Chemical Peels, thanks to her completion of the Clinical Diploma Program. Beyond her hands-on expertise, she has taught classes and numerous service demonstrations at The Esthetic Institute and Beauty Depot, sharing her knowledge with aspiring estheticians and beauty professionals.
Her passion for education has taken her around the country, traveling with leading skincare brands to teach, educate, and promote industry innovations. She has also been featured in CIDESCO International Magazine and is recognized by the CESA board of directors for her key role in advancing their mission as a Social Media Designer for CIDESCO Canada.

Shima

Rochelle
Rochelle is a dedicated Clinical Esthetician passionate about helping clients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin. She combines advanced esthetic techniques with a deep understanding of skin health to provide personalized, results-driven treatments tailored to each client's unique needs. She takes pride in creating a comfortable and calming environment where clients can relax while receiving professional care that transforms their skin.
In addition to her technical expertise, Rochelle is committed to educating clients on skincare routines and offering recommendations for products that complement their treatments. Her goal is to empower clients to feel confident in their own skin, with a focus on long-term skin health and natural beauty.
Angeline
Completing the internationally recognized and prestigious CIDESCO Esthetic diploma program in Beauty Therapy in 2024, and her Nail Technician certification in Calgary, Angeline aspires to help her clients look and feel their best and more beautiful.
She is most passionate about performing customized facials and manicures. She loves to hear her clients stories and support them through their skincare goals.
She knew she wanted to be an Esthetician since junior high and chose a career that could combine skin, nails and makeup artistry. She researched schools across Canada and found The Esthetic Institute Training Center's international CIDESCO program that taught her the why and how behind skincare.
Today, Angeline is devoted to growing her clientele and offering a superior experience and service for them. She looks forward to welcoming you as a guest at Reign!
Rhiannon
Rhiannon, known to many as Rhi, is a CIDESCO internationally certified Esthetician who has also been trained in many advanced clinical services. Her passion as an Esthetician is focused on building strong relationships with her clients, while enhancing their natural beauty. Some of her favourite services to provide include lash lifts, facials and all laser services. Her primary goal is to leave each client feeling confident with a big smile on their face and an increased knowledge of whatever their concerns may be.
Outside of her career, you can find her spending time with family and friends or snuggled up on the couch watching a crime documentary. Growing up she was a dancer and baton twirler, and also had some experience in the modelling world. This helped her gain essential life skills in time management and learning how friendships and teammates can help people gain confidence. These experiences are intricacies Rhiannon believes pushed her towards her passion within the beauty industry as she gets to help each customer feel confident about themselves.
Brooklyn
Brooklyn is an internationally recognized CIDESCO Beauty Therapist/Esthetician known for her dedication to empowering clients to look and feel their best. With an impressive reputation in Calgary, she has built a successful career in the esthetics industry, where her favorite services include everything related to brows, facials, and laser hair removal. In addition to these, she enjoys staying updated on the latest beauty trends, collaborating with other experts in esthetics, and always continuously learning new services.
When she’s not busy enhancing her client’s beauty, Brooklyn can be found exploring the city in search of vinyl records to add to her collection, spending quality time with friends and family, or initiating motivational conversations aimed at uplifting your spirit. Her passion for beauty and connection makes her a beloved figure in this industry, and in the community of Calgary.
Brynn
Brynn is a dedicated and passionate esthetician, having completed both the renowned CIDESCO Beauty Therapy program and the Advanced Clinical Esthetics program. She is passionate about lasers, facials, and any treatment that will leave the skin radiant. Driven by her love of the art and science of skincare, Brynn's mission is to empower guests to feel confident in their own skin, offering customized solutions that promote real results and lasting beauty.
When Brynn isn't working her skincare magic, you can find her in the mountains (with extra sunscreen on!), spending time with friends and family, or with her nose in a book.
MJ
Meet MJ, a proud business owner of Esthetically DG and a licensed Clinical Esthetician where both her love & passion for beauty fuels her purpose, committing to transforming skin and enhancing ones true beauty. With an extensive background in education & entrepreneurship, MJ is a 2019 graduate of the Clinical Esthetics Diploma Program and a recent graduate of the internationally recognized CIDESCO Beauty & Spa Management Diploma program.
As a proud successful medispa owner, MJ is excited to collaborate with Reign and dedicate her skills and knowledge to our clients. MJ’s expertise is in all areas of beauty, such as the beautiful transformation of skin with facials & laser treatments to the beautification of ones facial features with lash extensions and permanent makeup. Dr. Dave Sinha
MD and Founder of Synergy Collaborative Health
Dr. Dave Sinha completed his medical degree from the University of Alberta and his post-graduate training in Family Medicine with the Rural Alberta North Program. Exposure to the breadth of primary care in under-serviced areas provided the foundation of his current practice in procedural medicine, psychotherapy, and comprehensive primary care.
His later experiences with Medicentres, Integrative Medicine Institute, and Oasis Health Systems inspired him to pursue training in many disciplines spanning the scope of healing – from prolotherapy and functional medicine to minor surgery, women’s health, and hypnotherapy.
He began to develop a greater appreciation for the role of consciousness in healing and how health issues were intimately connected to the deepest issues of the heart. He observed how these unresolved patterns would emerge through imbalances of behaviour and biochemistry to ultimately manifest as disease. He learned that patient engagement as well as community play an essential role. It could be said that healing is as much about tending to the fruit as laying the axe to the root.
The coming together of potential, people, and perspectives is the heart of ‘Synergy.’

Stephanie Haggard, RN
A bit about me, I was born and raised in Calgary (I know, one of the few - a unicorn, some might say!) and I live in the same neighborhood I grew up in. Can you say she’s got roots?!
I graduated from Mount Royal, and started my career in the hospitals for years and years. I spent most of my time in Maternal Health at Foothills and South Health Campus. I also worked in the operating room at a plastic surgeons clinic. I loved it all, but, with kids, shift work started to get the best of me, so, for a while, I switched gears and worked from home. It was then that I realized how much I missed being in touch with real live people, I was inspired to find joy. I went and did my neuromodulator and dermal filler training, and I haven’t looked back since.
I am a mom of 2 amazing girls - teen and preteen, and they keep me hopping with their busy sports schedules. In the winter you’ll find me at just about every rink in the city watching and cheering on Ringette. In the spring, we are at the ball diamonds playing softball.
I am invested in a healthy life, and I love taking care of the body from different avenues - whether that’s being physically active, reading a good book, supporting gut health, being kind and nourishing to our skin, or a little Botox to help things stay lifted and smooth! Whatever makes us feel good, living and loving our best life!
